Terms of service

1. About XPSD

XPSD is a premium made-to-order display system offered by Sławomir Pachuwka, operating in Poland as an unregistered business (działalność nierejestrowana), trading under Dioramax / XPSD, Przejazdowa 15/2, 51-167 Wrocław, Poland. Contact: exposed@dioramax.pl.

2. Scope

These Terms govern purchases made through the XPSD online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you accept these Terms together with the applicable Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

3. Made-to-order nature

Each XPSD product is produced after the order is placed and may be manufactured according to the configuration selected by the customer, including dimensions, timber, edge profile, base height, glass height, glass thickness, lighting and personalisation. Custom-dimension projects are quoted individually and are not eligible for standard automated checkout unless expressly stated.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the store are the final prices displayed to the customer at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be provided by Shopify or third-party payment providers.

5. Order acceptance

An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorised and we issue an order confirmation, subject to availability of materials and any verification reasonably required to fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for the affected order.

6. Production time

Standard production time is 10 business days from order confirmation and successful payment. Delivery time is additional. Bespoke or exceptional configurations may require a different lead time, which will be communicated before the order is accepted.

7. Product characteristics

Natural timber varies in grain, tone and figure. Minor visual differences between samples, renders, photographs and the finished product are inherent to natural materials and do not by themselves constitute a defect. Dimensions and finishes are produced within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

8. Delivery

Shipping within the European Union is free unless a different service is expressly selected. Shipping outside the European Union is quoted separately. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees imposed by the destination country.

9. Returns and withdrawal

Because XPSD products are made to order and may be produced according to the customer's specification or individual needs, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply where the legal exception for non-prefabricated or personalised goods applies. XPSD nevertheless offers an additional voluntary return option on the conditions described in the Returns Policy. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

10. Complaints and conformity

If your product arrives damaged, defective or does not conform to the contract, contact exposed@dioramax.pl as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual property

The XPSD and Dioramax names, logos, product designs, website content, graphics, technical drawings and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior permission.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper installation, use contrary to supplied instructions, or damage occurring after delivery through causes outside our control.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence where such protections apply.
