Shipping policy

Production

Every XPSD is made to order. Standard production time is 10 business days from order confirmation and successful payment. Delivery time is additional. Bespoke or exceptional configurations may require a different lead time, which will be communicated before the order is accepted.

European Union delivery

Standard shipping within the European Union is free for XPSD orders unless a different paid service is expressly selected or agreed.

International delivery

Shipping outside the European Union is quoted separately based on destination, product configuration, packaging requirements and available carrier services. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

Dispatch and tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent after dispatch. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are indicative and may be affected by customs processing, weather, peak periods or other events outside our reasonable control.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the package and product promptly after delivery. If there is visible transport damage, photograph the packaging and product and contact exposed@dioramax.pl as soon as reasonably possible.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.
