Every XPSD display system is made to order. The process starts with the object and its proportions, then moves through material selection, configuration, finishing and final assembly as one controlled project.

FROM CONFIGURATION TO ASSEMBLY

01 /

Configure

Choose the footprint, base height, glass height, glass thickness, timber, edge profile and lighting. Standard configurations are priced directly in the XPSD configurator. Custom dimensions are reviewed individually.

02 /

Prepare the timber

The selected timber is carefully prepared, refined and finished to bring out the natural depth of its grain and colour. We use high-quality natural oils and protective treatments selected for the wood itself, aiming for a finish that feels rich and tactile rather than sealed under a heavy coating.

This stage is also where the edge profile and the character of the base are resolved. The timber should feel finished, protected and visually deeper without losing what makes the material worth choosing in the first place.

03 /

Build the display environment

Low-iron glass, selected proportions and optional integrated lighting are brought together around the object. The same principles apply to scale models, LEGO® sets and other brick-built models, watches, jewellery, memorabilia, small sculptures and other collectible objects.

Our reference point is museum and gallery presentation — clarity, restraint and controlled light — translated into a configurable object for private collectors and professional presentation.

04 /

Final assembly

Each standard order is prepared individually rather than pulled from finished stock. Standard production time is 10 business days.

CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER

Custom projects

If the standard S, M and L footprints do not suit the object, XPSD can be specified as a custom project. Custom dimensions are quoted individually, with final construction and shipping method assessed around the finished piece.
